Everything I do to your camper
1 · Seal & Protect
Damage stopped & prevented.
Wear-point protection — slide-out seal conditioning, jack lubrication & service
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Seals dry out & tear — water seeps through & they need replacing. Slide-out & hydraulic leveling squeal & dry out. Jacks rust out.
Scrape cracking sealant & fill every gap — interior & exterior
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Water damage gets worse & worse — unkept too long, the camper is totaled.
Wash roof & apply roof UV protection
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Roof membrane deteriorates, splits, and gets more prone to damage.
2 · Full Systems Service
Built to last, not 4 years.
Bearing repack
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Grease gets dirty, bearings get damaged, the camper doesn't tow the same.
Water heater, furnace & A/C conditioned & inspected
Water heater flushed out & cleaned with a white vinegar solution
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Ignitors don't spark after enough wear, A/C slowly heats up, grime buildup shuts down the appliance.
Inspect & adjust if needed — brakes, axles, leaf springs, tires & LP system
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Catching what needs to be replaced without figuring it out on the side of the highway.
PEX lines flushed clean, faucets opened up — screens pulled & cleaned
Flushed through with a diluted bleach solution
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Mildew grows in the lines.
Apply tank cleaner solution
IF IT DOESN'T GET TAKEN CARE OF
Fresh tank grows mildew or water starts to taste worse. Black & grey tank smells get worse.
3 · Safety Certification
Safe to tow. Safe to live in.
Mistah P Shield — brand new & kept there
Everything in Essentials — then I go into your camper in as much detail as I can get. Preservation down to the small stuff nobody else touches, and what each piece does for your rig.
Cosmetic detail
Your camper shows the adventure & is preserved
●Cosmetic touch-ups, inside & out — saving what would be a wall/tin siding replacement or cabinetry rebuild
●Small fiberglass repair — the big cosmetic problem turned into the refined, small-footprint fix I'm known for
●Clean rust & spray paint where it's needed
●Small repairs are done instantly
Deep preservation
The parts that quietly fail on everyone else
●Fridge seal cleaned & conditioned so it seals like day one & food stays cold on less power
●Windows & drawers lubed — so you don't miss a beat opening & closing
●Inspect & clean dust & cobwebs on the converter & inverter
●Patch pin holes & small rips on awning / slideout topper fabric
